One of the wonderful proofs that you have been born again by the Holy Spirit is that you hear His voice. It is not audible but it comes to your mind like a prompt or suggestion. Routinely He brings someone to mind, prompts me to call someone or go somewhere, and I end up seeing someone I haven't seen in years. Paul experienced this reality, "THE HOLY SPIRIT PREVENTED THEM FROM PREACHING IN ASIA. (Acts 19:6). When you are born of the Spirit you are in God's GPS. Your attitude must be like Samuel, "SPEAK, LORD, YOUR SERVANT IS LISTENING."
