Jesus' goal for our lives is not just that we are loving toward our family & friends. "EVEN PAGANS DO THAT." As we walk with Him & mature He wants to reduce us to be loving, friendly, & kind to everyone. As His Spirit fills us, we will be able to "LOVE YOUR ENEMIES". Are people glad to see you coming or do they avoid you? Do they feel your warmth & concern for them when they first meet you, or is your goal to get past them? The 1st Christian song I remember said, "JESUS, REDUCE ME LOVE." The 1st SS song was "DON'T HIDE YOUR LIGHT...LET IT SHINE."
