The blood of Jesus is supremely precious to us. We sing, "O precious is the flow, That makes me white as snow, No other fount I know, Nothing but the blood of Jesus." Daily we plead the blood of Jesus in prayer to provide protection from the evil one, cleansing from wrongdoing, and victory in healing and trials. At Passover God spared His children from judgment saying, "The blood on your doorposts will serve as a sign, marking your houses... WHEN I SEE THE BLOOD, I will pass over you."
