John 8:10,11


How many of us believers live under self condemnation because of our past sins or mistakes? And yet just as He did for this woman caught in adultery, so the perfect, sinless, Lamb of God came into our lives at one point and declared, once for all, that He does not condemn us! 1 John 3 adds "'IF OUR HEARTS DO NOT CONDEMN US, WE HAVE CONFIDENCE BEFORE GOD." Also, when He freed us from condemnation, He didn't say, "Go, and live anyway you like", but rather, "Go, and sin no more." He wanted it to be a permanent life transformation.
